RESPONSIBILITY

This document represents the entire agreement between the participant and “Thessbybike.com”. “Thessbybike.com” reserve the right, without penalty, to make changes in the published itinerary and/or to withdraw the program announced, whenever, in their judgment, conditions warrant, or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of tour participants.

Dates, schedules, program details, and costs, although provided in good faith based on information available at the time of publication of the brochure or catalog, are subject to change and revision.

All participants must ensure they are medically and physically fit for travel.

Participants are required to advise the provider, in advance, of any physical, medical or other special needs that require accommodating. “thessbybike.com” reserve the right, without penalty, to decline to accept any person as a participant in a program, or to require any participant to withdraw from the tour at any time, if that individual’s participation poses a direct threat to health or safety.

Since “thessbybike.com” doesn’t own or manage hotels, carriers or restaurants, venues used as such we are not liable for the non-performance or improper performance of these thereof we have no responsibility for inconvenience, loss or damage, any cancellations caused by the proprietors or operators.

Baggage and personal effects are at all times the sole responsibility of the participant. “thessbybike.com” will not accept liability for any loss or damage to baggage or any of the passenger’s belongings. Passengers should report any lost items to the “thessbybike.com” guide, who will assist in completing a lost property form that can be used for any insurance claim in this matter.

 

THE BOOKING CONTRACT

Your booking is confirmed and a contract exists when “thessbybike.com” or your travel agent issues a written confirmation after receipt of the applicable deposit amount. Please check your confirmation carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information to “thessbybike.com” or the authorized agent immediately. Please ensure that names are exactly as stated in the relevant passport.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. You agree to provide full, complete and accurate information to the Tour Operator.

 

BOOKING ON BEHALF OF OTHERS

By booking on behalf of other participants, you are deemed to be the designated contact person for every participant included on that booking. This means that you are responsible for making all payments due in connection with “thessbybike.com” or your travel agent, notifying your travel agent if any changes or cancellations are required and keeping your party informed.

By booking on behalf of another person or persons, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all required consents. You are responsible for verifying that any information you provide on behalf of another participant is complete and accurate and “thessbybike.com” or the travel agent will under no circumstances be liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided to complete a booking.

 

PERSONAL INSURANCE

Personal insurance is not included. . Although “thessbybike.com” and its representatives will always strive to ensure safe and enjoyable completion of its tours they cannot be held responsible for the personal safety of participants. Each participant shall be fully responsible for his/her personal health, medical needs and safety.

“thessbybike.com” is not responsible or liable for loss, damage or theft of luggage or personal belongings, illness, disappointments or frustrations while on tour, nor is “thessbybike.com” responsible for any type of trip interruption due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances. 

 

SEVERANCE

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable. For any dispute that arises competent will be the courts of THESSALONIKI.

 

COPYRIGHT

All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to “thessbybike.com” or otherwise used by “thessbybike.com” as permitted by law.

In accessing the Website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial home use only.

 

PRICING

Our prices are subject to change without notice. Customers that have already made a purchase are not obliged to pay the difference in case of an increase in prices. “thessbybike.com” are not liable for refunding the difference in the case of price reduction.

All prices provided are on a per person basis unless otherwise stated.

 

BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION

Every customer is responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process. When a booking has been made through our website, customers will receive confirmation and voucher via email. A copy of this voucher or email must be provided to the Thessbybike office as your arrive. Users are advised to check the details of the booking and should inform “thessbybike.com” immediately of any errors. Changes should be made up to 48 hours after booking.

 

PAYMENT

All tours booked through the website are paid via a payment link ( through a secure environment )that we will send you when the tour is confirmed to take place. Upon receipt of the payment “thessbybikebike.com” will issue a voucher and send it via email. The voucher must be printed, as proof of purchase, and be presented on the day of the tour.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

“Thessbybike.com” allow for the eventuality that a customer may need to change or cancel an agreed service. Changing the date of a tour will incur no penalty, providing notification is received at least 5 days prior to the scheduled tour and providing other are dates available.

Otherwise, our cancellation policy applies.

• 2-4 days prior to the scheduled tour: 50% refund

• 24hrs prior to the scheduled tour: No refund

• No show: No refund

• Refunds will be returned within 30 days of the cancellation date.

• Should THESSBYBIKE need to cancel a tour, any payments will be fully refunded.

 

PUNCTUALITY
Customers should adhere to the time on their voucher. If a customer does not arrive on time, “Thessbybike.com” will consider this a no-show, the tour will be cancelled and no refund will be provided. It is recommended that you plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the tour.

 

TAXES

VAT 24% and all legal taxes

RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS, AND DISCOUNTS

Payment in full is required at the time of booking.

 

ADVICE

The contents of “thessbybike.com” website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.

All matters arising are subject to the laws of the Hellenic Republic without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

BY REGISTERING FOR THIS PROGRAM THE PARTICIPANT AGREES TO THE RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN.
